About the event
After the Alignment and Biomechanics Course at Asana I gave at Villa Prana in July and the excellent feedback I got from some practitioners showing interest in knowing more. I felt the need to continue the work already developed and launch a Yoga Intensive where we can deepen what we have developed.
It will undoubtedly be an excellent complement to the previous Course, but it will also be open to those who have not done so. Whether the practitioner has too much or too little Yoga practice will be very welcome.
