This intensive course is designed for all Yoga practitioners, regardless of style or experience, from those who are just starting out and want to prevent future injuries, to those who already teach and want to give their students the best.
The practice of Asana began thousands of years ago and initially had as its main objective to prepare the body for a sitting position.
With its arrival in the West, physical practice gained prominence and became the most practiced component of Yoga.
Hence the importance of some focus on alignment to make the practice more functional for modern Western bodies, adapted and limited by the habits and repetitive movements of our routine (such as the time we spend sitting in chairs, for example).
