Āsana and Prāṇāyāma Intensive, with Pedro Kupfer Intensive value: 70€ Limited places, registration until April 15
We invite you to participate in this intensive about āsana and prāṇāyāma with Pedro Kupfer in Portimão. The meeting consists of a combination of practical experiences and lectures on āsania, the art of mindful living in the body, and prāṇāyāma, the science of yogic breathing. Still, we will have experiences and reflections on self-knowledge throughout the program.
The participant will be invited to get to know themselves better through conscious observation of the bodymind and the powerful effect these practices have on it, immersing themselves in peace and fullness. Participants will receive a syllabus in PDF format with the course content and other support materials, which will be sent by email.

Time: 09:00 – Course presentation and initial practice. 12:00 pm – Lunch break. 14:00 – Study. 3:30 pm – Short break. 4:00 pm – Study. 17:00 – Closing.

Who teaches this course? Pedro Kupfer was born in Uruguay but lives between Brazil and Portugal. He is an enthusiastic practitioner who started his trek about 40 years ago and continues his learning process, one breath at a time, studying, practicing and visiting India regularly. Since 1999, it has maintained the website yoga.pro.br, a reference for the study and practice of Yoga with more than 1000 articles freely available to the community of lusophone yogins.
Bring your mat, good mood and eager to practice and learn! It is not necessary to be in any special physical condition to participate in this intensive. Practitioners of all Yoga traditions are welcome. Hariḥ Oṁ!
