About the event
IYENGAR YOGA WORKSHOP
BKS Iyengar, considered by Time as one of the 100 most influential personalities of the 20th century, brought a fundamental revolution to Hatha Yoga by developing a series of supports for the practice of Yoga Asana (postures) and Pranayama (breathing). His contribution was so important that it spread beyond the borders of India and is now found all over the world.
Iyengar Yoga emphasizes detail, precision and alignment in the performance of Asanas and Pranayama. Strength, flexibility and stability are acquired gradually, while increasing understanding of the body, mind and breathing, between progressively more challenging postures and sequences.
VALUE of the Intensive: €80
