Osho Mandala Meditation – active meditation
Osho, the Indian master, developed active meditations to help “modern man” achieve the meditative state. In active meditations one experiences the contrast of vigorous energy - physical activity and rapid breathing (in the early stages) - with silence and stillness (in the later stages). The songs energetically support, deepen the intensity of the process and help guide the meditator through the various stages. Mandala meditation is an active 1-hour meditation. It is a cathartic meditation technique that results in a natural centering. This meditation helps to bring clarity to some issues in your life and especially to bring focus to get results.
