About the event

The yoga nidra relaxation course allows you to gain more peace of mind. In addition,  you learn to relax and deepen the practice of conscious relaxation. However, discovering an inner power can be transformative because this technique has proven results. Surprisingly, you will use a powerful method, anchored in the ancient tradition of yoga, and above all, you will practice and understand the theoretical framework, for a fuller life.

With this yoga nidra relaxation course you will learn to:
  • Experience levels of deep relaxation for stress management and self-knowledge.
  • Know the most important references about the method, including the obstacles and stages in the progression to psychophysical relaxation and reflective awakening.
  • Create a personal practice or lead sessions for others.
  • Understand the importance of the neurophysiology of relaxation and the scientific evidence.

daily program

Saturday and Sunday

  • 9:00 – Theory and Practice of Yoga Nidra (yoganidrā)
  • 13:00 – Lunch (not included).
  • 14:00 – Theory and Practice of Yoga Nidra (yoganidrā)
  • 18:00 – End

The mornings and afternoons of the course integrate four distinct moments. First, you will participate in two  practical exercises, but also in two  expository sessions. However, the practices include participants' sharing and comments on their experiences. Undeniably, the trainees of this course   learn to set up a personal practice and, mainly,   a complete session for other people. However, at the end of the course, trainees are able to teach complete yoga nidra classes/sessions.

Necessary material

In order to preserve safety and hygiene, participants must bring their own material: yoga mat, pillow, blanket or blanket. However, if you do not have this material, please contact us. Likewise, participants should bring a notebook or tablet to write notes and comfortable clothing.


In order to guarantee quality, the course is certified and has international accreditation. Thus, an AETO certificate is delivered on the last day of the course. However, accreditation by Yoga Alliance (16 hours credit for continuing education purposes, for YA-registered instructors) must be requested by the individual on the website.

Requirements:this course has no prerequisites and can be attended by anyone interested.

Recipients:above all those interested, and particularly health professionals, instructors or practitioners of yoga and meditation.

However, this course takes place with a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 trainees and there is no reservation of places.
