About the event

<<<< English below >>>>

Teresa Caldas has been practicing yoga for 30 years.

She teaches Vijnana Yoga. Practice is calm and comes from within. The final posture is not the most important, but the way to get there. This path is carefully step by step. Vijnana Yoga prepares you to slow down the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Vayu's

Why they were forgotten is a mystery. They forge a living link between the physical body and energy and provide important guidelines that are vital in any serious yoga practice.

The Sanskrit word Vayu means wind, space or air. Vayu is also the name of the Hindu God of Wind. However, the manifestation of the vayus in the human body, its function and how they relate to our yoga practice are questions that cannot be resolved in a single or single answer.

In addition to what is seen, there is something subtle. Becoming sensitive to the subtle is at the heart of all yoga practices. The ten vayus are vital to this effort. They bring a silent alertness to the mind, increase the way we breathe and create a vertical center. The beauty of this practice lies in its simplicity and order and actually brings it to the body and mind.
